"With KB2919355 now being a cumulative  rollup update, it contains the following updates that have previously been released. It also contains all MSRC Security Bulletins that have been released for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 since RTM. The MSRC updates are not listed individually in this table.

Besides the above Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 GA and Monthly Rollup packages, KB2919355 also contains almost 250 fixes that may have been released as individual  hotfix QFEs, included in previous previously released roll ups, or have not yet been released" - ms confidential.....

- Recent Changes:

- New, smaller, Language Packs specific for Windows 8.1 Update are now available. These can be installed after the MSU to save time on the factory floor. (03.05.2014)
- An additional Second Supplement package is now available (KB2937592) and should be installed after Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355) and the Windows 8.1 Update Supplement packages (KB2932046). (03.01.2014)
- The Windows 8.1 Update Supplement package (KB2932046) is now available and should be installed after Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355). (02.19.2014)
- You can install KB2919355 to Windows Server 2012 R2 images. In the instructions below, change instances of your Windows 8.1 RTM images to Windows Server 2012 R2.
- In some releases, contents of the Windows 8.1 Update Supplement package (KB2932046) will be rolled into the primary Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355).
- This release of the Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355) contains all previously released
